Taobao / China shopping services:
1) Limited processing of new orders from 31 January to 13 February. If you have an item / some items that are urgent, selling out or have an order deadline, please inform me and I'll purchase it first. Please assume that any other non-urgent orders that you submit during this period will only be purchased from 13 Feb onwards.
2) Cessation of shipping services: 4 Feb to 14 Feb
3) Cessation of customer service from my logistics partner: 6 Feb to 13 Feb (If you have any questions / problems, I'll still be answering emails, but if I don't have the answers, I'll only be able to get them after 13 Feb)
Japan shopping service
(Although CNY is not celebrated in Japan, the people who run the logistics service are Chinese)
No processing of orders and shipments from 7 Feb to 13 Feb. I'll still be answering emails.
Taiwan shopping service
No notice yet. Until I have more information, please assume that there will be limited service from 1 Feb to 13 Feb.
Public holidays in my country are 8 and 9 Feb. 6 and 7 Feb is a weekend. Hence, from 6 to 9 Feb, I may not be able to get back to you as it will be a very hectic period for me as well.
