From 25 November to 12 December 2016, please expect slower email replies and processing of orders and shipments. I will try to check my email every day, but on some days, I have a full day event and will not have time to access my email at all. I will do my best to ensure that all orders and queries are being dealt with within 5 working days.
If you have an urgent order, meaning for example, a preorder that is ending the next day or something that is selling out, please specify so I can tend to that first. Nevertheless, I cannot promise that I am able to look at your order in time, so please refrain from last minute requests if possible.
